Participating in Ogawa-machi Sake Brewery Festival 2025 Spring in Saitama for the first time 😆 First of all, this one 🍶 at a special venue near the station.
Warmed up ♨️ wild yellow color. Aged and heated. But it's gentle and not harsh. The acidity is pleasant. My wife says there's nothing sharp about it 🎉It won't lose even if you drink it with Musashi Winery's aged beef tripe with miso and tomato stew.
