A new craft saké brewery was established in Oga, Akita Prefecture in September 2021.
They are a sake brewery that brews other brewed sake such as doburoku, as new entry of sake production is not allowed.
The "Rice and Hops" we drank this time was made with hops used for making beer, and is a sake-like alcoholic beverage with a hop aroma and taste.
This is delicious.
Rice used: Sasanishiki 92% polished rice
Alcohol content: 13%.
