Sake brewed annually on a trial basis by the Aichi Industrial Science and Technology Center.
Soft on the palate, with a mild sweetness. The body is crisp and dry, with a bitter taste of alcohol. The taste is light and crisp...but surprisingly, there is a bitterness of alcohol? Astringency? But the bitterness of the alcohol remains on the tongue, so it is not easy to drink.
