Tetsuyuki Tachikawa, aka "Tetchan", who is a brewer in the winter and aims to tour all the breweries in Japan in the summer, took on the challenge of using "Hitomebore", an edible rice with a milling ratio of 90% (only 10% is cut down) ❗️.
It is characterized by sourness and sweetness, and is juicy. This is my favorite😁.
It's rich in nutrients, so it takes a lot of time to manage during the process❗️.
