Okuroku Tokubetsu Junmai Sake First Nama Shu 2024BY✨
I was so curious about Okuroku's first Shiboris of the season that I had to get my hands on it 😆.
The bottle is light nigori, but the sake is clear 🍶.
The nose has a gorgeous ginjo aroma of muscat, Japanese pear and lactic acid. The taste is very good with fresh and fresh acidity and sweetness of rice 😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is a little bit heavy like Japanese sake and you can enjoy various tastes. ☺️
I thought it had a very déjà vu taste, but then I remembered that it tastes very similar to Sairai, a famous sake from Saitama 😊.

But this one I'm using No.6 and I didn't feel like it was like that 😅 If you have a chance, I think you'll feel more like Sairai.
