Fukkai by Fukuda Shuzo. I've had Nagasaki sake before with Hiran, so I guess this is the second brand I've had?
The taste is similar to Sancho, Kaze no Mori, and Abetto? I thought so! It had a gaseous taste and a moderate umami sweetness that made it easy to drink and was quite a favorite 🤤.
This might be on my personal list of sakes to repeat 😎.
