Sake with wine yeast✨
I've always loved wine, so I was excited to see how it would taste 😊.
The aroma is subdued, more like white wine than sake, and the taste has a sourness followed by a gentle sweetness and finally a grapefruit-like bitterness that is refreshing ❤️.
The alcohol content is 12 degrees, about the same as wine, so it's easy to drink 😋.
Personally, I like this kind of sake, but I think it's a sake for different tastes!
I think it would go well with marinades and carpaccio✨.
