Strictly speaking, other brews, with teaspoon malt level hop usage, would almost be sake 🙄.
The aroma is mild yogurt sweetness.
The slightly effervescent mouthfeel is something I've never had with sake before. The lactic sweetness is strong but also refreshing, and the image is that of clear drinking yogurt.
As I mentioned at the beginning, it is not a sake, but it is one of my personal top 3 perfections of this year!
I was attracted by the retro-modern label🥰.
