Echigo Junmai Genshu by DHC Shuzo's Echino Umezato,
A special junmai sake available at supermarkets, a year-round product only available in Niigata, in a paper-bag handbag. This is the first time I've seen the bottle inside, and it has a simple text-only label.
The aroma is clean and refreshing,
