The aroma is subdued. A brown sugar-like sweetness is momentarily detected, followed by a watery, refreshing taste. The lingering taste is not harsh and gives the impression of being short. When paired with first dried bonito, the acidity of the bonito enhances the sake and gives it a soft taste.
The owner of this restaurant is very particular about going to the sake brewery himself, working with them, and pumping the sake himself when he wants to. He used to work in a sake brewery. The food was superb.
Third drink of the day 👍that's a wrap 🤣.
I thought it was my favorite of the day and when I checked it out it was from Shiga Prefecture😁.
I've been to a lot of sake breweries in Shiga Prefecture, but this one was a no-brainer 💦.
It tasted gorgeous, not too sweet and easy to drink👍.
I'm worried that I haven't checked in yet for sake from Hyogo Prefecture, despite living in Kobe 💦.
Hi Robin 😀
Robin, you really seem to like Shiga sake 😇.
It certainly has a lot of good sake 😀.
I live in Osaka, but I do the Nada Gogo walk every 3 months 🙆It's good!
Hi Yasbay, hello ❗️
I love Shiga sake👍.
I think it was Kinkame that got me hooked.
I see you can come to Nada Gogo too, I'm taking a break now that Nada's brewery opening is over 😁.
Te to Te Te Te to Te, a new concept in sake.
It is an easy-to-drink sake with a beautiful sweetness and a moderately fruity aroma.
It was created to be enjoyable not only for those who love sake, but also for beginners who want to try sake.
The rice used for this sake is carefully selected from Shiga Prefecture's Ginfukiyuki rice.
≪The meaning of "TETOTE
The characteristic of the Naminode Sake Brewery is to carefully and painstakingly brew sake by hand in small batches. The name "Te-To-Te" expresses the meaning of "handmade sake from our hands to the hands of our customers" as well as our desire to connect with people around the world. We hope that our sake will warmly illuminate the hearts of those who drink it.

Remarks
The second cup is Shiga Nani no Oto. This is another well-known brew at this restaurant. It is dry, but has a good balance of aroma and umami. If "dry" means sharpness, then this sake is definitely dry. I am not a fan of sake that sometimes tastes really dry.
