I opened it and poof! I was like, "Pow!
A little bit slightly carbonated! But I don't think it's as white as the soil it was produced on! There is a slight sweetness, more of a barrel-ness? A little banana?
It's a bit like Shinsei, you know what I mean, but not as fruity as it should be! Maybe it's not light, and the sweetness seems to be entwined with the tongue.
