Urasato is the new brand of Urasato Shuzo, famous for Kirizukuba.
It was described as a sake brewery that masters No. 10 yeast, the so-called Ogawa yeast.
It was quite tasty, with a juicy flavor and a vinegared iso-type aroma.
The dish to be served with it was toro-ban, a bread topped with negitoro (tuna).
The dish was a unique dish, but the sake was easy to pair with both of them.
I am wondering if it is because it goes well with these two dishes, or if it is easy to pair with any dish.
I would like to try it, but it seems there are not many stores that carry it yet.
