Less than 15-16% alcohol by volume
Among the 100% Miyamanishiki sake I have had, this is the most refreshing. It does not have much sweetness, but you can taste the umami when it goes down your throat.
It is not a refreshing sake, but a sake with a good depth.
My favorite sake from Fukui!
