The mini-bottle series, which has been secretly booming for me personally recently, is the 300 ml Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi from Yamanashi Prefecture. A popular local junmai ginjo that was introduced to me at a liquor store in Yamanashi when I stopped by during a weekend drive in Yamanashi. I was going to buy it in a four-pack, but my wife pointed out the capacity of the refrigerator, and after a battle of wars, I managed to get permission for a mini bottle... Brewed with famous water from Yamanashi and Hitogokochi No. 7 yeast, it has a rich, rich flavor that lingers in the mouth and finishes crisply and deliciously! The 300ml bottle ran out in less than an hour, and I regretted that I should have bought more than a four-pack. I get a lot of sake from Nagano, but this clear, clean sake with a mineral taste is my type of sake, perhaps because it is from the neighboring prefecture. I would like to buy a bottle when I drop by again. Rice polishing ratio: 60% (Hitogokochi used) Alcohol content: 14%.
