It's been a long time since I've had Yamahai. It's still good!
Some people say that Yamahai has a big difference between "good" and "bad", but this one is good!
The color is a little yellowish and the acidity is moderate.
It is a little tangy, probably because it is 17% undiluted sake.
It has a good balance of umami, sweetness and sourness.
