I will drink it cold. The aroma is like sake, but softer.
The taste has a light sweetness from the rice, which quickly fades away. It seems to be easy to pair with meals.
Today, I paired it with sashimi.
Wow, it goes well with sashimi. It complements the sashimi.
It is a delicious sake.
