It has a little color and a strong aroma. It was a very spicy sake, although I felt some sweetness as soon as I put it in my mouth.
It was a gift from a person who does not drink sake on a daily basis, and since it was my first sake, I was honestly quite nervous to taste it, but I was relieved to find that it was delicious.
It was a little chilly today, so I drank it cold at first, but later I tried heating it up and the aroma became more gentle, which I like better. I prefer it this way, though the spiciness is still strong.
