赤滝ノンベ
It is very smooth on the palate, with the umami of rice and moderate sweetness spreading quickly, and in the latter half, a beautiful acidity finishes it all off. The aroma comes out well even when chilled, giving the impression of a fine dining sake that would go well with white fish and cheese.
