I have recently been curious about the sake Murasakiu.
This is the second bottle I purchased, following the cherry blossom label.
It is a very well-balanced sake with a fruity taste reminiscent of muscat and pear, a mild umami and clear sweetness that fills the mouth, and a dry aftertaste with acidity and a hint of bitterness.
I usually limit myself to two bottles of sake a day, but it was so good that I ended up emptying a whole four-pack.
