Slightly different ginjo aroma.
I thought it was fruity when served cold. But as it warms up, the aroma becomes more pronounced, like a harsh fruit wine.
The first sip was the supernatant, which was very clear and smooth and rounded on the palate.
It tasted like a white liquor used to soak fruit wine.
The taste was so different that I wondered if I had bought the wrong sake. I thought I was buying sake, but I checked to see if I was mistaken.
The liquor taste makes your throat hot, but the aftertaste disappears rather quickly after passing through.
It's a little strange, but not bad.
Next, my impression after mixing the supernatant and the precipitate.
The sediment, it was quite layered, so I thought it might be a sludge type? I thought so, but it was smooth and silky on the palate even though it was supposed to be nigori.
I thought it might be amazake type, but it is not at all. I also thought it might be a sweet sake type, but it is not at all.
Is it a dry, refreshing nigori?
It tastes quite different from my usual taste, but it's not bad.
Thank you for the treat 😙🍶💕💕.
