tomoさん
local sake
We need to introduce good sake other than Hana-no-Kou and San-do.
Recently, I've been hearing a lot about this sake from the Kameyama Brewery!
I've never had it before but was reluctant to try it because it's so dry... but then I found a small bottle 😳.
I'll have to try it 😁.
I can feel the astringency in the cold sake, but the umami is there!
The aftertaste is very spicy.
At room temperature, the astringency is gone and it's a dry sake with umami to dryness.
There are no strange peculiarities, so it is easy to match with meals.
It would be great with marbled horse sashimi.
