autokI was so intrigued by the "Seven Steps of the Snake" that I bought one for my child the other day that I bought one myself at Kintetsu.
This is "Akimizu" by Kawazu Shuzo in Kumamoto.
This one has a "full-bodied aroma and rich flavor. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors at room temperature or lukewarm temperature.
So we enjoy it at room temperature and sometimes warmed.
It doesn't interfere with the dishes, but asserts itself a little on the palate.
Is it hot in Kumamoto today?
I checked and found that today, Saturday the 4th, the highest temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius.
It was about 30 degrees Celsius in Osaka, where I live, and I felt a little hot, so I had it hiya (at room temperature) today.
I still haven't finished it yet.
