Nontan
Today, after finally settling down from all the projects I have been working on for the past few years, an acquaintance brought a bottle to our home for an evening drink.
It is a doburoku brewed at a doburoku brewery established in Asakusa, Tokyo in 2020, using mizumoto (bodhi yeast).
It is creamy but light, with a hint of rice sweetness but not too sweet.
The sense of freedom after a break, coupled with the ease of drinking at home, made for a very enjoyable drink.
