A gift from a business partner🎁🙇♂️
Sake from Toyama Prefecture🍶.
During a business meeting
The other party said, "I went to Toyama in Hokuriku last week on a business trip."
I said, "Toyama? Isn't the seafood delicious there?
The client "Yes, it is. It goes well with sake.
I "Sake is good, I like it." "There are rare sake that you can't find in Aichi, like Katsikoma.
The other party said, "I have heard of Katsikoma. I've heard of Katsikoma. I'll look for it next time I go to Toyama,
He later bought me this as a souvenir.
Wakakoma... 🙄 .

Katsikoma...not 😅.
I guess it was hard to get.
But thankfully I got it 🙏.
Hot sake. Mild and mellow 🍶.
The 4th day, cold.
Grain flavor through the nose 🌾.
It was easier to drink hot🍶 than hot🍶 ^_^.
Rice polishing ratio 65%, alcohol 15

Good morning, Ace.
I saw something interesting this morning 🤣.
Good one - wrong piece🤭.
But if it's a favor from the other party, I'm grateful.
I didn't know there were more than just young pieces in Tochigi,
I didn't know that.

Good morning, YAN🌞!
I found a registration for Wakakoma🍶 from Tochigi prefecture, but not Wakakoma from Toyama prefecture, so I uploaded it while entering new information 😅.
I'm very grateful for the kindness of the person who sent it to me 🙏.

@水橋
Ace, good morning 🌞.
Mr. Wakakoma is a relative of Mr. Katsikoma 😆 I think we have the same last name, Seito 😅I like his simple but mild-mannered style 😀 I have a hard time posting too 😥.

Hello @Mizuhashi!
Yes, that's true😃The representative of both breweries is Mr. Seito😄Wakakoma was founded in 1889👏, which is older than Katsikoma in 1906.
I can't find anything about Wakakoma 🍶Sake no Wa search🔍 in Toyama, which has such a long history with its sibling breweries 😅.

Good evening, Jay and Nobby!
It's strange that Katsukoma is the most popular sake in Toyama Prefecture, while Wakakoma is a traditional sake known only to those in the know ❓😄.
This case makes me want to drink Wakakoma from Tochigi prefecture too 😆.
