At the Nishinomiya Sake Brewery Renaissance held at Nishinomiya Shrine.
First, we compared Tokuwaka's Junmai Daiginjo sake.
There were three kinds of sake: 1-year-old, 4-year-old, and 6-year-old. As the age of the sake increases, the rice flavor becomes stronger and more classic 😳.
The 6 year old sake also had a smoky taste lol.
Personally, I liked the freshness of the 1 year old sake the best: 🙆♂️
