I remember praising the sparkling the other day as goofy.
This one, though, is a bit darker.
At the store, the sparkling was dry.
This one is sweet, but I think it's the other way around.
It is a junmai ginjo, but the aroma is not so flashy, and I think it has more of an assertion of "Hi, it's sake" than the sparkling one.
I wonder if it's been aged for a while.
I think they said the process is the same as sparkling, but I think I prefer sparkling.
But it's delicious. ❤️
