Booth of Hokuriku Sake Fair [Oeyama The place where the brewery used to be has already been cleared, and they started selling sake in a trailer house on the day before we came to taste the sake (September 14). ◉Noto Oeyama #Te To Te Junmai Ginjo This is the fourth installment of Noto's Sake to Stop Sake, a collaboration with Shiga Prefecture's Nami-no-one Sake Brewery. It has a slightly sharp citrusy acidity and a short finish. The recovery seems to be far from complete, so we must drink Noto's collaborative sake as well.

Matsunami Shuzo Oeyama Junmai Ginjo This brewery is located in Noto-machi, Ishikawa Prefecture. Koji rice is "Yamadanishiki" produced in Shiga Prefecture Kake rice is "Ishikawamon" produced in Ishikawa Prefecture. Polishing rice is 60%. This sake is brewed at the Naminone Sake Brewery in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. Many of the breweries in Shiga Prefecture are owned by the Noto Toji brewery, Naminone Shuzo is one of them. It has a modest, rounded aroma, soft rice flavor, gentle acidity, and a mild and gentle acidity, and a gentle, elegant finish. #Sake
