The aroma is a slight fruity ginjo scent.
When you put it in your mouth, it is a little thick and smooth.
It has a firm sweetness of rice and a little acidity.
The aftertaste leaves a bitter taste.
It is a brand that I have never heard of before, but it is a good sake from an honest company.
