It is a very rich, junmai sake from a sake brewer that goes well with dashi (Japanese soup stock).
It tasted beautiful today, probably because it was chilled.
I only drink it chilled like this once in a while with raw sake, so I'm not used to tasting it this way, so I don't know what to expect.
Sorry about that.
Pickled eggplant went great with it!
