I visited Akabane for the first time in several years, and several restaurants had changed, perhaps due to Corona's influence 😢. The second oden restaurant we entered was "Tachibana" 🍢. This "Shukubacho Itabashi" is apparently a private brand of Fujisawaya in Itabashi Ward... Anyone who knows more about it, please let me know the brewer, variety, etc.!

Hello Korokoro🐦. I was curious too, so I did a search and found that the brewery seems to be located in Nasukarasuyama, Tochigi prefecture. I couldn't find anything more about it 💦I also heard that daiginjo is made by Saku no Hana. Sorry for the inadequacy 🙏.

Good evening Ponchan 🌛. Thank you for looking into this 😊. There is very little online information and even if there is, it's old😅. It seems there was a special on Itabashi Nakajuku in Admachic Tengoku about 10 years ago and Fujisawaya was introduced.

One person's blog mentioned a cave brewery in Nasu-Karasuyama, so it is probably Shimazaki Shuzo. Only the daiginjo is Sakunohana. I wonder to what extent it was mentioned in the program at the time.

The information I've seen is probably as old as you say, so I doubt it's current 💦 sorry you had to look it up 🙏.

Thanks to Pon-chan I found out about Nasu Karasuyama and Sakunohana and found your blog 😊. But I couldn't find any recent information and the Itabashi I drank from remains a mystery😅.

In any case, I have no experience with Shimazaki Sake Brewery or Sakunohana Sake Brewery so I can't compare 😅.
