Shoreki-ji Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Festival 1️⃣ Today we participated in a festival where 7 breweries in Nara gathered at Shoreki-ji Temple, which is said to be the birthplace of sake in Japan, to make Bodhi Hashiro sake 😀. Following last year's event, it is a 6 km one-way hike up the mountain from the JR Obioki station at the foot of the temple 😀. Last year, I participated in the festival without knowing anything about it, and I was served this Bodai Sen, a sake brewed by restoring the old sake, and I think I have grown a little in the past year because I could understand the sake that I only felt the sourness of lactic acid bacteria 😇. However, at this price, I could barely taste one glass of sake because I didn't dare to buy it 🤣.

Hi, ma-ki-chan 😀 I walked back home, so it was a 12 km round trip, but I made it safely to the Ojin Shrine for the first time 😇. New year's sake activities are fun to meet good sake 😇

Hi Yasbay 😄 12km round trip on the mountain road😳 That sounds like a tough drinking activity that would be tough if you don't train on a regular basis ❗️ But it sounds like a fun and rewarding experience 🤗.

Hi Hiro 😀 I think it's important to build up my body to enjoy good sake everyday, so I try to do muscle training and walk 10,000 steps every day😇. If only for the sake of sake 🤣.

Hi Yasbaye 🐦. It's great that you went again this year & visited all the sake gods 🥹✨I have a feeling that Yasbaye's metaphysics is not luck 😆. Sometimes you can tell because it's every year👍
