It is pronounced as "Kabeya". It is called "Kabeya". It is a sake made from Fukushima rice called "Ten no mushi". It has a dry taste with a strong acidity and no aftertaste. Personally, I feel it is a little unsatisfactory, but I think it is the best for oily food.
