Fukkai" which was given to me before - again!
I saw it at my favorite liquor store in Fukuoka.
The tangy texture and spreading sensation on the tongue.
The creamy rice feeling in the aftertaste.
I think it's similar to "Hiran" from my hometown.
A bottle that you can drink without even knowing it....
