We bought it for New Year's Day because it is a limited sake from the Sake-no-Kura.
It is not registered as a sake-no-wa.
It has a faint sweet aroma without firing.
When you put it in your mouth, it is clear like water.
It is sweet when you roll it under. No miscellaneous tastes and almost no bitterness.
A beautiful sake.
