The name "Higashi Shirakiku" is very local sake.
This is a special honjozo hiyaoroshi.
It is quite light and has a slight flavor.
It is not a hiyaoroshi but suitable for everyday drinking! It's not a hiyaoroshi, but suitable for everyday drinking.
I like honjozo with a little bit of umami, so it's an ideal flavor for me! but if you want the feeling of hiyaoroshi, you may feel uncomfortable.
From Asaka Station, we headed to Niiza City and went to Myonezawa, which is one of the 100 best water sources in Japan.
