つきたて
The first Muhoumatsu. It is Muhomatsu, a new brand of Muhomatsu Sake Brewery, the only sake brewery in Kokura. I found it on a liquor store's installation and bought it.
First, a delicious and moderately sweet taste spreads in the mouth. Then, the lingering taste slowly fades away. It is quite delicious. You can also taste the sake flavor.
After buying this sake, I remembered Ramen Muhoumatsu and found that it was closed. I was a bit shocked. Furthermore, when I searched for the Ramen stores I used to frequent in Kitakyushu, to my surprise, Toyoken was also closed! As I got older, ramen became too much for my stomach, and I felt sad because I had not visited there for several years.

Hi, Tsuyodai. I tend to put off local sake because it is so easy to find. I have trouble finding many delicious sake from all over the country.
