Timeline
boukenI found this at Bic Camera. I knew it existed, but this is the first time I've seen this mysterious brand.
I often see Senzuke and Amber Izumi, but I wonder what kind of sales channel this one is sold through.
I don't think it has the same specifications as Senzuke or Hakuisen, and it doesn't look like they just changed the label.
It is slightly effervescent and has a strong flavor. Mineral and pungent. A little nutty? It has a different atmosphere from the Izumi Sake Brewery's sake that we usually drink.
Sake that seems to have both freshness and ripeness at the same time. 泉泉チャレンジ R3BY 純米ROCK type M ロック専用酒純米原酒生酒 boukenI was going to go to Isobeki recommended by takeshon since it was at Hanshin Department Store, but I didn't bring any Sakura Yeast so I didn't go this time😭.
This is a challenge sake from Senzuke no Izumi Sake Brewery. Specs undisclosed. It tastes tropical and thick when drunk as it is. I think I prefer to drink it as it is, though it does taste better with ice.
However, it is designed to be drunk on the rocks, so it tastes good even when the ice melts.
By the way, the word "Izumi" on the label was written by Hisaya Morishige. It used to be a rather large brewery. They also used to run radio commercials. I've seen vending machines selling sake in cups. takeshonGood morning, brother bouken😃.
No cherry blossom yeast 🌸?
But you buy rare sake again👍. boukenGood morning, takeshon-san 🌄.
I'm really sorry about the cherry yeast 😢Why didn't you bring it in... 😩I've been after this sake for a while and when I heard the arrival date, I flew there the same day😁. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
