I found this at Bic Camera. I knew it existed, but this is the first time I've seen this mysterious brand.
I often see Senzuke and Amber Izumi, but I wonder what kind of sales channel this one is sold through.
I don't think it has the same specifications as Senzuke or Hakuisen, and it doesn't look like they just changed the label.
It is slightly effervescent and has a strong flavor. Mineral and pungent. A little nutty? It has a different atmosphere from the Izumi Sake Brewery's sake that we usually drink.
Sake that seems to have both freshness and ripeness at the same time.
