I bought it because it was a Kuramoto near Hiroshima.
Watery mouthfeel, slimy on the palate.
There is no ginjo aroma, which is not my favorite smell.
The aftertaste is mellow and typical of sake.
This is the first time I have had a daiginjo-shu that is not junmai (pure rice),
It may depend on the person,
I felt it was not my favorite sake.
