Purchased at a roadside station in Ono-cho.
The aroma is a melon-type ginjo aroma.
Sourness and umami come on the palate, with a moderate sweetness and an assertive sense of alcohol.
As the temperature rises a little, the sourness disappears and the taste becomes more subdued.
It is better suited for room temperature or lukewarm heating than for cold sake.
