Hon Mirin!
We bought this sake by mail order, and we don't know if it's mirin, sake or shochu.
It seems to be drunk by dividing, so it may not be a sake. The name of the product is "Hon Mirin", so it is different.
It is not suitable for drinking a lot at a time, but it is suitable for drinking a little as it is introduced as a dessert. 500ml is also a good point.
There are many ways to mix it, so if you like the sweetness of amazake, you might want to give it a try.
