Otafuku Junmai Ginjyo Hachitan-Nishiki Polishing ratio 60 15.5% alcohol by volume Visiting Hiroshima to see an old friend, I stopped by a roadside station in Higashi-Hiroshima on my way home. While I was wondering what kind of sake I was looking for in front of the sake fridge, a store owner asked me what kind of sake I was looking for. He recommended Otafuku. He recommended Otafuku, which is produced in small quantities and not available outside of the prefecture. My expectations were high 😃. The aroma is mildly nutty and citrusy. The first sip has a refreshing acidity and a ginjo aroma that wafts through the nose, followed immediately by the umami of the rice and a great sharpness. I think it goes well with white fish sashimi. Aroma ★★★★⭐︎⭐︎ Taste★★★⭐︎⭐︎ Sweetness★★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Acidity★★★★⭐︎ Lingering taste★★★⭐︎⭐︎
