さけざん
A small brewery in the middle of the center of Shunan City.
The aroma is faintly grape and cedar.
The mouthfeel is crisp, and the alcohol stimulation lingers in the mouth.
They say it becomes rounder over the summer, but I think this one has lost some of its roughness.
