Kijoshu is a sake made using a luxurious method in which the sake itself is used instead of water during the brewing process.
The sake is brewed with the help of dandelion flower yeast and blended with richly flavored old sake.
I see...the sweet honey taste reminiscent of brown sugar is the result of the old sake... 🍯.
