Sake made by Echigo Shuzojo.
The usual brand name is Echino Yatsuho. I have only seen it at antenna stores and department store events. It seems to be an affiliate of Ozeki.
It is said to be a Co-op limited edition sake. From the sweet aroma, it tastes a little sweet on the palate. It also has an herbal and medicinal-like flavor. The impression is that it naturally disappears at the end.
Considering the price, it is quite satisfying.
Echigo no Amaguchi is also less than 1000 yen for junmai sake, and I wonder if they are good at making cheap and tasty sake.
