Hop saké made from low-polished Omachi grapes from Minamisoma, Fukushima, Japan, in a mizu-hashimoto x hana-hashimoto style with no added yeast 🙌
The nose has a clean lactic acidity, steamed rice aroma and hop citrus. Taste is tangy and gassy on the tongue, sour to citrus lemon🍋 and greffle bitterness and freshness 😋😋😋😋.
It's a hop saké that's almost juice-like at 7 degrees low al but not too light and has a lingering aftertaste: ☺️
