This is a brand new to us. Sake brewed with the fantastic Kyokai No. 8 yeast.
It has a strong alcoholic aroma. It is slightly cloudy. It has a juicy, ripe, fruity taste. It is also interesting that it is brewed with white kouji for shochu.
