Super limited unfiltered unpasteurized sake made from 50% polished rare rice "Aiyama".
When poured, it tastes so fresh and still has a bit of pizzazz that bubbles stick to the glass.
The aroma is gorgeous, with aromas of apples and strawberries and fruitiness spreading throughout the mouth. It left a very pleasant aftertaste, and the goodness of Aizan was fully expressed in this bottle. As one would expect from Kangiku.
