Tochigi's "Asahi no Yume" rice has a fruity aroma and a faint gasiness. It has a good balance of fruity and full rice flavor and sourness, and is crisp and clear.

We've been waiting for the new product from Amataka Shuzo's challenge project, 'Kutsuo'!
The method and rice used is changed every time.
This time it's a special junmai sake made with Asahinoyume rice grown by Amataka.
It's a 50% polished rice, Daiginjo class. It's less than 1,300 yen for a four-part bottle. Cheap.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the deliciousness of the rice.
It's purely dry and crisp.
I love the high alcohol content feeling that goes through the nose.
