Sake from the Noto Sake Drink to Support Reconstruction Campaign. The brewery was located on Asaichi Street in Wajima. It escaped damage from the spread of fire, but all of the earthen storehouses were destroyed. It is now being brewed jointly within and outside the prefecture.
Ordinary in a good way. Classic in a good way. It is really an ordinary dry sake. I keep looking for something special about it, but the number of bottles is decreasing rapidly. I guess this is the kind of sake that is loved in everyday life.
This campaign is a lottery where you can win sake and Wajima lacquerware if you apply after purchasing the sake. I think it's a great idea, but I really wish they would make it possible to enter online. It would be a waste of time and effort to buy stamps and send them by mail for something you don't know if you will win or not.
